Archetypal Line Workshop

Transform how your team sees, communicates, and collaborates.

Service Description

What if your organization could be understood, not through charts or language, but through a living visual system? WHAT The Archetypal Line Workshop is a dynamic, hands-on experience that uses drawing as a tool for insight, communication, and team alignment. No artistic skill is required. Instead, participants explore line as a universal visual language, translating abstract qualities like leadership, tension, innovation, and support into clear, expressive forms. WHY? This workshop draws on research from cognitive science, embodied cognition, and expressive arts practices, where drawing is understood as a powerful tool for thinking, communication, and emotional insight. Studies show that visual expression can externalize complex ideas, reveal relational dynamics, and support collaboration by engaging both cognitive and sensory processes. By combining movement, mark-making, and group composition, the workshop creates a participatory environment where teams can explore and reimagine how they function together. HOW? Through a series of guided exercises, individuals and teams move from simple mark-making to powerful visual storytelling. Participants create personal “workplace lines,” map relational dynamics, and collaborate on shared compositions that reveal how their team actually functions beyond titles and roles. This workshop is especially powerful for corporate retreats, leadership teams, and cross-functional groups seeking to: Build emotional intelligence and self-awareness Surface hidden team dynamics in a safe, non-verbal way Strengthen communication and collaboration Unlock creative problem-solving Develop a shared visual language for how they work together By the end, teams don’t just talk about alignment, they see it. Each session culminates in a collective artwork that reflects the unique identity of the group, offering both a meaningful experience and a lasting artifact of insight.
