One-on-One Clay Experience

Private Art Session for personalized guidance in clay modeling and storytelling, tailored to you!

Service Description

This is a focused, personalized creative experience designed around a specific goal that you set. Whether you want to create a mosaic, a serving dish, tile work, a vase, or another hand-built ceramic object, each session is tailored to bring your idea to life. One-on-one sessions take place either in your space or at Whistlepig Tales Studio, depending on what works best for you. Before we meet, you’ll share a clear intention for what you’d like to make. From there, you make a 10% non-refundable deposit, and Whistlepig Tales Studio develops a custom lesson plan to guide the process, breaking down techniques, materials, and steps so you can move from concept to finished piece with confidence. There can be three collaborative exchanges to refine our plan, after that an additional non-refundable 25% of the overall fee will need to be put down to ensure three additional collaborative exchanges. Rooted in the Whistlepig Tales Studio approach, these sessions focus on hand-building in ceramics (no pottery wheel work), emphasizing craftsmanship, structure, and thoughtful making. You’ll receive hands-on guidance throughout, with space to explore, ask questions, and go deeper into the process. Sessions can be structured as a single, immersive three-hour experience or expanded into multiple meetings for more complex projects. This flexibility allows you to work at your own pace while still receiving dedicated support. This offering is ideal for those looking for a unique experience or date night, individuals who prefer a more private setting over group classes, or anyone wanting to deepen their creative practice with personalized attention. It’s an opportunity to slow down, focus, and create something meaningful, one piece at a time.
